- Device ID When you use the VPN, the application generates a unique device ID based on your device identifier. Lets VPN uses this ID to identify service status, manage subscription information, and ensure service continuity.
- Purchase Information When you purchase a subscription within the app, the system generates a corresponding purchase receipt. This information is used for subscription recovery, order verification, and customer support.
- Customer Support Information Text, screenshots, logs, and other information you provide during customer support interactions are used only to identify issues and respond to inquiries, improving support efficiency.
- Interaction Data Events such as cold starts, taps, and screen navigation generate local interaction records. You may choose to upload this data when experiencing issues so we can help analyze and resolve the problem.
- Crash Reports, Performance Data, and Diagnostic Information If the app crashes or runs abnormally, the system may generate error logs on your device. These logs will only be accessed if you contact customer support and actively choose to upload them, and they are used to troubleshoot and improve the stability of the app.
